Karolina Kocalevski has a passion and talent for business growth, building brands and developing winning B2B go-to-market (GTM) playbooks. She is a former public and private company CMO, with 17 years of marketing leadership experience in the US. For 30+ years she has developed B2B growth strategies and executed marketing programs that achieved significant revenue wins, market share gains and two successful exits.
Her experience in large enterprises includes growing business units at Thomson Reuters, PwC, and McGraw-Hill, which she later applied to mid-sized B2B tech firms eClerx, Orion Innovation, Exiger and Bureau van Dijk. She was a key member of the management teams of two companies that achieved successful exits - Bureau van Dijk was sold to Moodys Analytics for a $3B valuation, and Exiger was sold to Carlyle and Insight Partners for a $1.2B valuation.
Her early career as an auditor and consultant at Deloitte laid the foundation of her business acumen, further solidified with an MBA at the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney. She has a track record of success across industry segments including Fintech/RegTech, B2B SaaS, Professional Services, Managed Service Providers (MSPs)/IT Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Cybersecurity and Publishing.
