Karolina Kocalevski is a former public and private company CMO with deep operating experience helping B2B technology and services companies turn growth into a repeatable system. Her background spans business consulting, P&L leadership, and go-to-market strategy across large enterprises and mid-market firms, with a particular focus on digital transformation services, B2B SaaS, FinTech/RegTech, managed services, and professional services.
She is the founder of Growth SWAT Team, a focused growth intervention designed to help mid-market B2B companies solve one of their most persistent challenges: inconsistent, unpredictable organic revenue growth. In addition to Growth SWAT Team engagements, Karolina works with founders and CEOs as a fractional marketing leader, providing senior-level direction across positioning, corporate branding, demand generation, field marketing, and team leadership—without the risk, cost, or time-to-value of a full-time executive hire.
Throughout her career, Karolina has built and executed B2B growth strategies that delivered meaningful revenue impact, increased brand salience, market share gains, and successful exits. She has held senior leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, PwC, and McGraw-Hill, and later applied that enterprise discipline to scaling mid-market and growth-stage companies.
Most notably, she led marketing at Orion Innovation, a mid-market digital transformation services firm, during a period of growth from approximately $120M to $450M in revenue. She was also part of the leadership teams at Bureau van Dijk, acquired by Moody’s Analytics for $3B, and Exiger, acquired by Carlyle and Insight Partners for $1.2B.
Karolina began her career in audit and consulting at Deloitte, grounding her marketing leadership in financial rigor and operational discipline. She holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and International Marketing from the University of Technology, Sydney.
She is based in New York.
